GET FEDERAL PERMISSION BEFORE

CHANGING ANY OF THEIR VOTING

LAWS.

THANKFULLY, CHIEF JUSTICE JOHN

ROBERTS, OLD BLUE EYES, KNOWS

THAT THE SOUTH DOESN'T NEED TO

BE BABY SAT ANYMORE SAYING,

QUOTE, NEARLY 50 YEARS LATER

THINGS HAVE CHANGED
